House and access protection

Protect the yard, house and access route.

Before removal, we review the fence line, gates, siding, windows, nearby structures, lawn and the route to the loading point. Material is dismantled or staged in a controlled sequence so the confirmed fence line comes out without turning the rest of the yard into a second work area.

Exterior dismantling is planned around the material and access route. Ground or surface protection, smaller loads, plastic barriers or other practical controls may be used when the property calls for them; these measures help contain and reduce demolition dust.

The fence line, gates, siding, nearby structures, lawn and path to the loading point are reviewed before material starts moving.

Debris handling and disposal

Get the old fence out and off the property.

Fence panels, boards, rails, pickets, gates and other approved fence material are gathered, carried out, loaded and hauled away for disposal within the confirmed scope. The work area is cleaned after the material leaves.

Our process

Three steps to a clear yard.

A few photos of the fence and the route to the loading point keep the removal boundary clear before the work begins.

01

Send photos of the fence and the access route to the loading point

Show the fence from both sides where possible, the gates or yard path, the route to the driveway or loading point, and anything that must stay.

02

Confirm the scope — what comes out and what stays

We identify the fence material and sections in the removal scope, the property around it that stays, the access route and the haul-away plan.

03

We dismantle, carry out, haul away and clean up the work area

The confirmed fence material is removed, loaded and hauled away for disposal when included, then the work area is cleaned for the next phase.

Scope and estimate

What shapes a fence removal estimate?

The fence material in the confirmed scope, its length and condition, gates or sections to be dismantled, access through the yard or gate, carry distance, property protection, cleanup and the haul-away and disposal scope all shape the work involved.

What may be excluded

Keep fence removal inside the confirmed scope.

Service-specific FAQs

Fence removal questions, answered.

These answers keep the handoff practical: what comes out, what stays, who handles installation and how the old material leaves the property.

What types of fencing do you remove?

We remove wood privacy fence material, panels, boards, rails, picket fencing, gates and damaged or storm-tired fence sections when the material is part of the confirmed scope.

Do you remove the fence posts?

Posts are not assumed in the removal scope. Demohaulic does not extract fence posts set in concrete or break out concrete footings, and concrete work is outside this service. Any fence material to be removed must be identified before the estimate.

Do you install the new fence?

No. Demohaulic does not build, install or repair fencing. We remove the confirmed fence material and leave the work area ready for the next phase handled by others.

Do you take the old fence material away?

Yes, when haul-away is included in the confirmed scope. The approved fence material is carried out, loaded, hauled away for disposal and the work area is cleaned afterward.
