The keep list matters. Items that stay are left in place. Stored building materials that are staying can be reorganized off the concrete floor—for example, by laying out 2x4s and placing a few sheets of OSB and drywall on top so they stay dry if water gets in the garage.
That reorganization is limited to the stored materials and area included in the confirmed cleanout scope.

- Asbestos, lead, mold and other hazardous-material testing or remediation are not part of a garage or basement cleanout; a qualified provider must handle suspected regulated material.
- Demohaulic does not perform utility disconnects, plumbing, electrical, HVAC or structural work. The responsible customer or licensed trade must handle any required utility work before loading.
- Yard items mean already-cut brush and seasonal debris that is ready for hauling. Demohaulic does not perform tree work, cutting or trimming.
- Deep cleaning, repairs and moving keep items around the property are outside the confirmed cleanout scope unless specifically discussed.
